Delhi is not one city but several, built on top of one another. In a single day you can walk from the Sultanate tower of Qutub Minar, through the Mughal lanes of Old Delhi, to the wide imperial avenues of Lutyens’ New Delhi.
The order matters. We start in Old Delhi, when the lanes and the Jama Masjid are quiet and cool, then move south to Humayun’s Tomb and Qutub Minar in the softer afternoon light, and finish at India Gate. Everything is planned around opening days, prayer times and the traffic, so you spend your time at the monuments rather than on the road.
Your licensed guide tells the story of each place, not just the dates. If you would rather focus on food, architecture or photography, tell us and we will tilt the day that way.
