Udaipur is where many travellers want to end a trip to India. It sits on a string of lakes in southern Rajasthan, with a palace on the water, white havelis and sunsets that hold you at the rooftop table longer than you planned. This journey takes the classic Golden Triangle of Delhi, Agra and Jaipur and then carries on to Udaipur.
Jaipur to Udaipur is about 400 km (250 miles) by road, so we split it with Chittorgarh Fort, one of the largest forts in India, about halfway. If you prefer, you can fly from Jaipur to Udaipur or from Udaipur to Delhi at the end, and we can book the flights for you.
You have one driver for the whole road journey and a licensed local guide in each city.
